The ‘jewel in the crown’ of our Easter range is our stunning organically farmed Romney lamb from the saltmarsh and wetlands of the Pevensey Levels in Sussex. The dedication and nature-friendly approach of this family-owned farm produces lamb of the highest quality from a thriving natural landscape teeming with wildlife – from flocks of winter wading birds through to a diverse range of wetland wildflowers and and an abundance of insect life.
Whether it’s a traditional leg of lamb, a slow-cook shoulder joint, or a tender and sweetly flavoured French-trimmed rack we have the perfect joint of organic lamb fit to grace any Easter table. As well as lamb we have locally farmed pasture-fed beef, crackling-covered free-range pork, and Welsh mountain mutton – not to mention our full range of 100% natural sausages and nitrate-free bacon to keep the family fed over the Easter long weekend.
