Rolled rump of lamb
Boneless rolled rump of pasture-fed lamb from the flower-rich meadows of the South Downs.
We love this joint. Its perfect for a quick and easy roast for 2 people, takes less than 30 mins to cook and has all the flavour and tenderness of a leg or loin of lamb. Season and stud with rosemary and garlic then sear and fast-roast. If you like your lamb pink this is ready in 25mins.
Alternatively, slice into rump steaks for a quick flash-fry or for the barbecue.

This product is supplied ‘fresh-frozen’. After allowing our lamb to dry-age for 7 days we butcher, pack and freeze it in small batches to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. After unpacking it can be returned straight to the freezer, or placed in the fridge and allowed to defrost thoroughly before cooking. Once defrosted it should be treated as fresh and cooked within 5 days. Any meal made with our frozen lamb is perfectly safe to freeze.
