Boneless rolled rump of Saddlescombe Farm lamb from the flower-rich meadows of the South Downs.
We love this joint. Its perfect for a quick and easy roast for 2 people, takes less than 30 mins to cook and has all the flavour and tenderness of a leg or loin of lamb. Season and stud with rosemary and garlic then sear and fast-roast. If you like your lamb pink this is ready in 25mins.
Alternatively, slice into rump steaks for a quick flash-fry or for the barbecue.
