At Garlic Wood we hand-make our sausages and burgers in small batches using nothing but the simplest ingredients. We don’t believe good meat needs a long list of artificial chemical ingredients and preservatives, so we don’t use them.
All our sausages and burgers are produced without gluten. They are made to our own in-house recipes using only high-welfare meat, sea salt, black pepper and seasoned with freshly cut herbs and spices. Each batch is hand-crafted by our team of butchers before being fresh-frozen and packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Once they arrive they can be returned to the freezer, or defrosted and used as fresh.
