Chilli beef hot links
Hot and spicy chilli hot links made using 100% pasture-fed beef.
Inspired by the flavours of Southern US cooking these beef sausages are made with fresh chilli, dried chilli, and a good pinch of paprika for a warm sweet counterpoint to the mouth-tingling heat of the chilli. They are great on the barbecue, or cooked and diced into an American gumbo-inspired stew.
For best results they should be cooked in a pan on a gentle heat, or cooked in the oven with a little oil or fat before finishing on the barbecue or cooking in a stew. Keeping the heat low while cooking will ensure the moisture and flavour is retained whilst also preventing the skin from splitting.
We hand-make all our sausages in small batches before fresh-freezing them. They will be delivered frozen ready to return to the freezer, or allowed to defrost fully in the fridge before cooking. Once defrosted they should be cooked within 5 days.
Sold in packs of 4-6, average 420g per pack.
