Classic Italian Fennel and Black Pepper sausages made with free-range Sussex-farmed pork and a 100% natural blend of fennel seeds, fresh garlic and cracked black pepper.
Our Italian Fennel and Black Pepper sausages contain no artificial preservatives or chemical additives. We season them with our own simple mix of sea salt, whole fennel seeds, cracked back pepper, lemon zest, and a small amount of rusk containing no gluten.
We hand-make all our natural sausages in small batches before freezing to ensure quality and freshness. They will be delivered frozen and once unpacked can either be returned straight to the freezer or allowed to defrost in the fridge. Once defrosted they can be treated as fresh and cooked within 5 days.
