Italian fennel & black pepper sausages

Classic Italian Fennel and Black Pepper sausages made with free-range Sussex-farmed pork, fennel seeds and cracked black pepper. 

Made using prime cuts of shoulder and belly of free-range pork, our sausages are meaty and packed with herby flavour. We make and link them all by hand at our butchery.

Our Italian Fennel and Black Pepper sausages are gluten free and made without the addition of any rusk product. They are sold in multiples of 6. Each pack weighs 450g minimum.




Ingredients: Min 90% free-range pork. Salt, Fennel Seeds, Cracked Black Pepper, Potato Starch, Rice Flour, Preservative: E223 (sulphites), Dextrose, Stabiliser E450, E451, Sodium Citrate E331, Spice Extracts, Herb Extract.
