Coriander, rosemary and garlic lamb burgers
100% natural lamb burgers, hand-made using prime shoulder of organic salt-marsh Romney lamb. Our lamb burgers are made without any artificial preservatives or chemical additives - we season the lamb with sea salt, cracked black pepper, freshly chopped coriander, rosemary and garlic. They are aromatic and herby and great on the barbecue.
Our lamb burgers are made using a small amount of gluten-free breadcrumb to help absorb the juices and flavours when cooking.
We make our natural lamb burgers in small batches before freezing them to ensure quality and freshness. They are despatched frozen. Once unpacked they can be returned to the freezer or allowed to defrost in the fridge before cooking. Keep refrigerated once defrosted and cook within 5 days.
