Our Old English sausages are our most popular flavour at Garlic Wood Butchery. Seasoned naturally with a fresh and aromatic sage and thyme blend, they are densely meaty and full of flavour - perfect for a casserole, hotpot or on the barbecue. Like all our sausages they are hand-made in our butchery with 100% natural ingredients and contain no chemical preservatives.
Our sausages are made in small batches before being frozen to ensure freshness and quality. Once unpacked they can be returned to the freezer or allowed to defrost thoroughly in the fridge before use. Once defrosted they can be treated as fresh and cooked within 5 days. Any dish made using our sausages is perfectly safe to freeze.
