This 100% natural sausage-meat is made with locally farmed high-welfare free-range pork and flavoured with sea salt, black pepper and aromatic fresh sage and thyme. Add chestnuts, dried fruits, breadcrumb, nuts to make a stuffing mix to perfectly complement your Christmas roast. Our sausage meat isn't just for Christmas though - it is also ideal as a filling for homemade sausage rolls.

Our sausagemeat is made using a gluten free breadcrumb, and contains no chemical preservative. It is made in small batches before being frozen to ensure freshness and quality. Once unpacked it can be returned to the freezer or allowed to defrost thoroughly in the fridge before use. Once defrosted it can be treated as fresh and consumed within 5 days. Any dish made using our sausagemeat is perfectly safe to freeze.
