Free-range pork sausage-meat for use as a base to make stuffing mixes.

This sausage-meat is made with locally farmed free-range pork and flavoured with salt, pepper, sage, thyme and a simple mix of herbs. Add chestnuts, dried fruits, breadcrumb, nuts to make a stuffing mix to perfectly complement your Christmas roast. 

It is also ideal as a filling for sausage rolls.

Sold in individual tubes of 1lb (454g) minimum. Each tube costs £4.75

Standard mix ingredients: Min 85% free-range pork. breadcrumb with wheatflour (gluten, wheat), salt, spices, dried onion, herbs, flavour enhancer e621, stabilisers e450, preservative e221 (sulphites), dextrose, antioxidant e300, spice extracts.

Gluten free mix ingredients: Min 90% free-range pork. Salt, Sage, Thyme, Potato Starch, Rice Flour, Preservative: E223 (sulphites), Dextrose, Stabiliser E450, E451, Sodium Citrate E331, Spice Extracts, Herb Extract.
