Lamb merguez sausages

Our lamb merguez sausages are hand-made using prime cuts of shoulder, neck and breast of Sussex-farmed lamb. These thin chipolata sausages are inspired by the spices and flavours of North Africa. We've kept the recipe simple - just lamb, salt, pepper and our own blend of warm aromatic spices. Our merguez sausages are made with ingredients containing no gluten.

Sold in individual packs. Each pack is 330g average and contains 7-10 sausages.

We produce our lamb merguez sausages in small batches without the use of any chemical preservatives, before freezing them to ensure the flavour and freshness is maintained. We will despatch them to you frozen. When they arrive they can be put straight into the freezer or allowed to defrost in the refrigerator to be consumed as a fresh product. Once defrosted they can be treated as fresh and should be cooked within 5 days
