Pork & leek sausages

Pork & Leek sausages made with free-range Sussex-farmed pork. 

Made using prime cuts of shoulder and belly of free-range pork, our sausages are meaty and packed with herby flavour. We make and link them all by hand at our butchery.

Our pork and leek sausages are gluten free and made without any rusk product. They are sold in multiples of 6. Each pack weighs 450g minimum.




Ingredients: Min 90% free-range pork. Dried and Fresh Leeks, Salt, Potato Starch, Rice Flour, Preservative: E223 (sulphites), Dextrose, Stabiliser E450, E451, Sodium Citrate E331, Spice Extracts, Herb Extract.
