French trimmed 5-bone rib roast of high-welfare free-range pork.
This is a stunning roasting joint that makes a great centre-piece for any special occasion.
This expertly prepared joint is chined along the base so it can either be served as 5 single 'cote de porc' style slices on the bone, or the ribs can be easily removed allowing the joint to be carved into individual slices, with a piece of perfectly crispy crackling on the side!
Our bone-in rib joints average 1.8kg and will serve 4-5 people
This product is carefully prepared in small batches and then fresh-frozen to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Once your delivery arrives it can be placed straight into the freezer, or removed from its packaging and allowed to defrost thoroughly in the fridge before cooking.
