Dry-aged wing rib of beef

 Wing-rib joint from the rib end of the sirloin. This cut makes a luxurious roasting joint with the tenderness of sirloin steak and the added flavour provided by roasting on the bone. A one-bone rib will feed 1-3 people and a 2-bone rib will feed 3-5.


Cut as a minimum 1.3kg 1-bone or a 2.8kg minimum 2-bone roasting joint, chined and ready to roast.
