Centre cut fillet of pasture-fed beef
Cut from the centre, or 'barrel', of a fillet of dry-aged grass-fed beef. This joint is perfect for roasting whole and sharing, making beef wellington, or for cutting your own steaks to the exact size you require.
Our centre-cut fillet is sold as a 1kg joint (serves 5-6).
This product is supplied frozen. After carefully preparing and trimming the centre-cut fillet we individually freeze them to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Once unpacked the steak can be placed straight into the freezer or allowed to defrost thoroughly in the fridge. Once defrosted it can be treated as fresh and cooked to your preference. Any dish made using our centre-cut fillet of beef is safe to refreeze.
