All our beef is selected from our small network of farm partners dedicated to producing high-welfare, slow matured, nature-friendly beef. We dry-age it on the bone for 35 days to enhance the flavour and improve the texture and tenderness before it is carefully trimmed and tied by our team of expert butchers.
A rolled sirloin joint is a great centrepiece for any special occasion. Easy to carve and packed with flavour. Season and sear the fat before roasting on a high heat to give beautiful tender meat and a delicious crispy crust. Any leftovers will make fantastic cold cuts the next day or a decadent beef and horseradish sandwich.
Choose from 1, 2 or 3kg joint size
This product is supplied frozen. After dry-ageing our beef we carefully cut, pack and freeze every cut to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition. Once unpacked it can either be placed straight back into the freezer or allowed to defrost fully in the fridge before cooking. Once defrosted your sirloin joint can be treated as fresh and should be cooked within 5 days.
