Rolled boneless shoulder of free-range pork.

This good value cut is the ideal joint for a slow roast pork dish. The free-range meat is succulent and sweet, laced with ribbons of creamy fat. Cook the shoulder long and slow and the fat and meat will break down to make a rich and luxurious roast. Roughly slice, shred or pull the shoulder meat to serve.

Choose from a 1.5kg, 2kg or 3kg joint.
