Pasture-fed beef chateaubriand
An indulgent cut of the finest chateaubriand of pasture-fed 35-day dry-aged beef. Perfect to roast and share. Season, pan-sear and roast in the oven before bringing to the table whole. Carve and serve with crisp chunky chips and a simple salad.
Our chateaubriand is cut as a 0.9kg single piece (serves 2-3 people as a sharing steak)
This product is supplied frozen. After carefully preparing the steak we individually freeze them to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Once delivered the steak can be placed straight into the freezer or allowed to defrost fully in the fridge before cooking. Once defrosted it can be treated as fresh and cooked to your preference. Any dish cooked using our beef chateaubriand is safe to refreeze.
