Rolled rump of 100% pasture-fed beef. 

Try this joint for a Sunday roast with a difference.  The full flavour and tenderness of the rump means it is usually served as a steak, but it makes a fantastic roasting joint as well. That extra tenderness, combined with the intensity of flavour from the 35day dry-ageing process means it can be quick-roasted at a high temperature to give a supremely flavoured and tender rare roast.

This product is supplied frozen.

After dry-ageing our pasture-fed beef on the bone for 35 days we carefully prepare and pack each roasting joint before freezing them to ensure they reach our customers in perfect condition. Once unpacked the joint can be returned to the freezer or allowed to defrost fully in the fridge before cooking. Once defrosted the joint should be cooked within 5 days. Any dish made using this produce is safe to refreeze.
