Rolled rump of 35-day aged grass-fed beef. 

Try this joint for a Sunday roast with a difference.  The full flavour and tenderness of the rump means it is usually served as a steak, but it makes a fantastic roasting joint as well. That extra tenderness means it can be quick-roasted at a high temperature to give an intensely flavoured and tender rare roast.
