Pork belly roasting joint, flat and on the bone.

A simple piece of slow-matured free-range pork belly, scored and ready to roast. Dry the skin thoroughly before cooking and rub with sea salt and a black pepper for exquisite crackling. 

Available as 500g, 1kg, 1.5kg, 2kg and 3kg portions. Choose your size and select 'whole' or 'slices' (c250g per slice)
