Stuffed Porchetta Loin Joint

Loin of Sussex-farmed free-range pork stuffed with herbs and seasoned with a sea salt, fennel, chilli and black pepper rub.

This is our take on the classic Italian streetfood dish, and a firm favourite among our festival and wedding clients. The traditional Italian version is huge! - a showstopper of a joint made using a whole loin and belly rolled together so we've adapted it to make a joint that retains all the flavour whilst being small enough for a mid-week dinner or a family weekend roast. The parsley, sage and rosemary stuffed through the centre is complimented by our own fennel, chilli, sea salt and black pepper rub.

This joint is beautifully flavoured, moist, and covered in an amazing fennel and chilli-seasoned crackling.

Choose from 1.5kg, 2kg, 2,5kg or a 3kg joint.
