Pork & Leek sausages hand-made with free-range Sussex pork and packed with the flavour of fresh-cut leeks.

Made using prime cuts of shoulder and belly-pork, our sausages are meaty and bursting with herby flavour. We season our pork and leek sausages with a simple blend of fresh herbs and spices. They are made using natural ingredients and without chemical preservatives.

Our natural sausages are made in small batches before being frozen to ensure freshness and quality. Once unpacked they can be returned to the freezer or allowed to defrost thoroughly in the fridge before use. Once defrosted they can be treated as fresh and consumed within 5 days. Any dish made using our sausages is perfectly safe to freeze.
