Smoked back bacon, 100% natural and nitrate-free
6-8 rashers of free-range back bacon, dry-cured without the use of nitrates and gently smoked over beech and oak chips.
All our smoked bacon is traditionally dry-cured using high welfare free-range pork and then hung to dry to allow the flavour and texture to properly develop. It is then smoked over oak and beech wood chips, before being sliced into thick-cut rashers.
This bacon is perfect for a bacon roll, or diced and used as a cooking ingredient to give a hint of bacon smokiness to a pasta sauce.

This product is supplied frozen. We produce our dry-cured bacon in small batches before hanging and slicing it. We then pack and freeze each batch so that it arrives in perfect condition. Once delivered it can be returned straight to the freezer, or allowed to defrost fully in the fridge before cooking. Once defrosted it should be cooked within 10 days. Any product made with our bacon is safe to refreeze.
