Salt beef

Home-cured salt beef made from rolled brisket. We make and cure all our salt beef at Garlic Wood using a unique blend of pickling spices to give a delicate aromatic flavour. 

gently boil a salt beef joint in water alongside carrots, onions and a bay leaf or two for a delicious alternative to a traditional roast dinner. This joint is also perfect shredded and served with mustard and pickles - either hot or cold.  

Sold uncooked in 1.5 or 2kg joints.
