Lean chunks of tender breast meat from our 81 day slow-grown 'total freedom' chicken.
Our diced chicken is cut from the same high-welfare slow-grown free-range chicken we use for our whole roasting birds - reared on the small independent farm of Nick Ball and Jacob Sykes in Leicestershire. They use slower growing breeds and allow their birds access to 40 acres of farmland where they are able to scratch, forage and engage in natural behaviour. Their birds are reared in small flocks with access to warm, dry and naturally ventilated mobile housing and are given no antibiotics or growth hormones during their lifetime. As well as guaranteeing a high-welfare ethically farmed product this longer more natural life gives the chicken a greater depth of flavour than conventionally farmed poultry.
Cut from skinless and carefully trimmed breast our diced lean chicken is perfect for a range of dishes. Whether its stir-fry, salads, pies, casseroles, kebabs, fajitas or curries this product is a versatile option for a wide range of quick and easy meals.

This product is supplied ‘fresh-frozen’. We pack and freeze our free-range chicken in small batches to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. After unpacking it can be returned straight to the freezer, or placed in the fridge and allowed to defrost thoroughly before cooking. Once defrosted it should be treated as fresh and cooked within 5 days. Any meal made with our frozen chicken is perfectly safe to freeze.
