Double loin chops

Individual double lamb loin chops. Sometimes known as 'Barnsley chops' or 'Butterfly chops' we cut all our lamb loin as double loin chops. 

This is the tenderest part of the animal. Think of the loin chops as being lamb 'sirloin' on the bone, or even as double lamb 'T-bone' steaks! They are tender and full of the sweet flavour of our pasture-fed Saddlescombe Farm lamb.
