Diced leg of lamb

Lean chunks of sweet and delicately flavoured leg of lamb from Saddlescombe Farm, reared in the heart of the South Downs National Park.

Ideal for curries and casseroles, or for making into homemade lamb kebabs. Our diced lamb is well trimmed, lean and chunky. It is tender enough for quick cooking but equally well suited to long slow cooking in a casserole, stew or tagine.

Sold as 500g or 1kg portions.
