Perfect as an alternative to beef mince to make a deep coloured and intensely flavoured bolognese. Venison mince is also ideal for making venison burgers or mixing with our free-range pork mince, chopped onion, herbs, salt, pepper and capers to make delicious meatballs.

This product is supplied ‘fresh-frozen’. We carefully butcher and pack all our venison in small batches before freezing it to ensure quality and freshness. Once unpacked it can be returned straight to the freezer, or allowed to defrost thoroughly in the fridge before cooking. Once defrosted it should be treated as fresh and cooked with 5 days. Any meal made with our venison is safe to refreeze.
