Venison bay & juniper sausages
Handmade sausages made with venison from the Knepp castle wildland.
Our venison sausages are made using prime cuts of 2week aged fallow venison. We keep the ingredients simple - just salt, pepper a few herbs and some bay leaves and crushed juniper berries to complement the flavours of the meat.
Sold in packs of 6. Minimum weight of 450g per pack.
