Toulouse sausages
Our chunky Toulouse sausages are made using high welfare free-range pork. Prime cuts of shoulder and belly are coarse ground and seasoned with a simple mix of sea salt, white pepper, fresh garlic and dry white wine to create a rustic and earthy Toulouse sausage.
Toulouse sausages are an essential ingredient in a traditional cassoulet. They pack a garlicky punch and are great when braised in a hearty stew.
We hand-make all our natural sausages in small batches before freezing to ensure quality and freshness. They will be delivered frozen and once unpacked can either be returned straight to the freezer or allowed to defrost in the fridge. Once defrosted they can be treated as fresh and cooked within 5 days. Any dish made with our sausages is safe to refreeze after cooking.
