Stuffed porchetta loin joint

Loin of free-range pork stuffed with herbs seasoned with sea salt, fennel, garlic and chilli.

This is our take on the classic Italian streetfood dish, and a firm favourite from our days serving up food at festival, parties and weddings. The traditional Italian version is huge! - a showstopper of a joint made using a whole loin and belly rolled together so we've adapted it to make a joint that retains all the flavour whilst being small enough for a mid-week dinner or a family weekend roast. The parsley, sage, fresh fennel and rosemary stuffed through the centre is complimented by our own seasoning mix of chilli, garlic, sea salt, black pepper and lemon zest.

This joint is beautifully flavoured, moist, and covered in an amazing fennel, garlic, and chilli-infused crackling.

This product is supplied frozen. We butterfly, stuff and roll our porchetta joints and then freeze them straight away to ensure they reach our customers in the best possible condition. Once unpacked they can be placed straight into the freezer or left in the fridge and allowed to defrost fully before cooking. Once defrosted they should be cooked within 5 days. Any dish made using our porchetta is safe to freeze after cooking.
