Cajun spiced chicken wings
1kg of free-range chicken wings in a spicy Cajun marinade.
These chicken wings are perfect for the barbecue or any social get together. Cook a batch of them in foil and serve in a bowl to share. For something a bit more substantial thread 3 or 4 Cajun wings onto a skewer to make individual kebabs and serve with rice, salad, pitta bread and a dressing.
Our Cajun wings are fresh-frozen in small batches and once unpacked can be returned to the freezer or placed in the fridge and allowed to defrost thoroughly before cooking. Once defrosted they can be treated as fresh and cooked within 5 days. Any meal made using the defrosted chicken wings is perfectly safe to freeze.
