Pasture-fed beef sirloin steak
Sirloin steaks cut from the loin of our dry-aged and pasture-fed fed beef. Sirloin is a tender and well flavoured steak with a layer of creamy white fat.
All our beef comes from our small network of nature-friendly and regenerative farms. These farmers are dedicated to holistic land management practices designed to help to restore soil health, increase biodiversity and improve the health of the land they farm. Livestock are an essential element of this process. By utilising our slow-growing native cattle breeds our farms can produce high welfare, high quality beef which we then dry-age on the bone to maximise flavour.
This combination of the best farming practices and our own commitment to the best traditional butchery techniques results in beef of unrivalled quality.

This product is supplied frozen. After ageing our beef on the bone we carefully prepare and pack each steak individually before freezing them in order to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Once delivered they can either be placed straight into the freezer or allowed to defrost fully in the fridge before cooking. Once defrosted they should be cooked within 5days. Any dish made using our sirloin steaks is safe to refreeze.
