Pasture-fed beef silverside joint
Rolled and tied joint of 100% pasture-fed silverside.
Silverside is cut from the leg, close to the topside. It is a lean and exceptionally flavoured joint ideal for slow roasting, braising or pot-roasting.
Choose from a 1kg, 2kg or 3kg joint.
This joint is delivered frozen. We hang all our pasture-fed beef on the bone for 35 days before it is expertly butchered and packed. Once the Silverside joint is tied and packed we immediately freeze it so that arrives to our customers in the best possible condition. Once received it can either be placed straight into the freezer or allowed to defrost fully in the fridge before cooking. Once defrosted it should be cooked within 7 days. Any dish made with this joint is perfectly safe to refreeze.
