Pasture-fed beef rump steak
Of all the steaks a good rump steak is probably the most flavoursome. By selecting only the finest slow-maturing grass-fed beef and then hanging our beef for a minimum of 35 days we ensure that our rump steak is tender and full of flavour. perfect served as a steak, diced for a stir fry, or cubed to make a luxuriously tender braising steak.
Choose from 8, 10 and 12 oz steaks
This product is supplied frozen. After ageing our beef on the bone we carefully prepare and pack each steak individually before freezing them in order to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Once delivered they can either be placed straight into the freezer or allowed to defrost fully in the fridge before cooking. Once defrosted they should be cooked within 5days. Any dish made using our rump steak is safe to refreeze.
