Dry-aged grass-fed beef rump steak

Of all the steaks a good rump steak is probably the most flavoursome. By selecting only the finest slow-maturing grass-fed beef and then hanging our beef for a minimum of 35 days we ensure that our rump steak is tender and full of flavour. perfect served as a steak, diced for a stir fry, or cubed to make a luxuriously tender braising steak.

We seperate our rump steaks along the natural seam lines within the joint so that each steak is made up of a single muscle. This ensures a lean, finely shaped and even thickness steak made up of a single muscle for consistent cooking.
