Marinated spatchcock chicken
Large spatchcock free-range chicken marinated in our own 100% natural fresh herb and spice-based marinade. Perfect for the barbecue or to roast at home and serve as an alternative to a traditional roast chicken. To barbecue simply open out the chicken, chop in some fresh herbs, extra chilli or garlic for an added burst of flavour, wrap it in foil and cook on the barbecue away from the main heat source before removing the foil to give a final sear of heat on the open flames. Roughly carve and serve with salads, roasted veg, flatbreads and sauces.
We marinade our chicken in small batches before freezing them to ensure quality and freshness. Once unpacked they can be returned to the freezer or placed in the fridge and allowed to defrost thoroughly before cooking. Once defrosted they can be treated as fresh and cooked within 5 days.

Each chicken weighs 1.8-2.kg prior to being spatchcocked and marinated.
