Marinated spatchcock chicken
Spatchcocked free-range chicken marinated in a natural herb and spice-based marinade.
Perfect for the barbecue or to roast at home and serve as an alternative to a traditional roast chicken. To barbecue simply open out the chicken, chop in some fresh herbs, extra chilli or garlic for an added burst of flavour, wrap it in foil and cook on the barbecue away from the main heat source. Allow the chicken to cook thoroughly until it has reached the correct internal temperature then remove the foil to give a final sear of heat on the open flames. Roughly carve and serve with salads, roasted veg, flatbreads and sauces.
