Lean and tender chunks of diced venison. All our fallow venison is sourced locally. It is 100% wild and leads a free-roaming life, feeding on a varied and natural diet. We buy direct from expert local gamekeepers and stalkers who know what we're looking for and will always source the best venison to meet our exacting standards.
This diced venison leg and rump is perfect for a rich and warming winter casserole or hot pot. The meat is lean, tender and packed full of flavour.

This product is supplied ‘fresh-frozen’. We carefully butcher and pack all our venison in small batches before freezing it to ensure quality and freshness. Once unpacked it can be returned straight to the freezer, or allowed to defrost thoroughly in the fridge before cooking. Once defrosted it should be treated as fresh and cooked with 5 days. Any meal made with our venison is safe to refreeze.
