Loose grained with an open and flaky textured skirt steak is the perfect choice for making curries, chilli, stews or used as the traditional filling for an authentic Cornish pasty. When slow cooked the carefully trimmed and diced chunks of skirt will break down to a sublimely soft and tender texture.

This product is delivered frozen. Our diced skirt steak is expertly butchered, packed, and immediately frozen to ensure that it reaches our customers in perfect condition. Once delivered it can either be placed straight into the freezer or allowed to defrost fully in the fridge before cooking. Once defrosted it should be cooked within 7days. Any dish cooked with this product is safe to refreeze
