Slow-Cook Brisket Joint

Rolled brisket of beef. Think of this joint as being the beef equivalent of pork belly; loads of flavour richly marbled and best suited to long slow cooking. Set aside a few hours to pot roast this joint with some root vegetables for a warming winter hot-pot. Alternatively it is fantastic left as a flat cut of meat and hot-smoked for several hours on the BBQ.

Available as a 1kg, 1.5kg, 2kg, 2.5kg or 3kg joint.

Choose from rolled (for pot roasting), or flat (for barbecuing and hot-smoking)
