Chunks of the best lean diced beef for casseroles, stews, stroganoff, and pies. All our braising steak is cut from our grass fed 35day aged beef. we use only the prime muscles in the forequarter and always trim excess fat and sinew. Perfect to slow cook for a warming chunky casserole.
