All our braising steak is cut from slow-matured pasture-fed beef, dry-aged on the bone for 35days before being expertly cut by our butchers. We source all our beef from a small network of farms dedicated to producing high-welfare beef within nature-friendly and regenerative farming systems. These farmers are committed to producing the highest quality beef whilst managing their land to increase biodiversity, improve soil health, and mitigate climate impact. 

We use only the prime muscles for our diced braising steak and always trim excess fat and sinew. Perfect to slow cook for a warming chunky casserole.

This product is delivered frozen. Our braising steak is expertly butchered, packed, and immediately frozen to ensure that it reaches our customers in perfect condition. Once delivered it can either be placed straight into the freezer or allowed to defrost fully in the fridge before cooking. Once defrosted it should be cooked within 7days. Any dish cooked with this product is safe to refreeze
