

Butchery Courses, Update November 2025
Our weekly Garlic Wood sausage-making and butchery courses are currently on hold. After welcoming hundreds of guests to the butchery over the past 13 years we’re taking a pause while we look at ways to develop and improve the range of range of classes we can offer.
We plan to relaunch in 2026 with a new and extended programme of full and half-day butchery experiences.
For anyone holding a valid gift certificate please contact us to discuss extending, converting, or refunding your current booking.
