Full-length free-range natural pork chipolatas wrapped in our own dry-cured streaky bacon. The perfect accompaniment to the Christmas turkey... or any other roast for that matter!
We make all our pigs in blankets by hand, individually wrapping a full-sized chipolata in a rasher of our own home-cured streaky bacon. All the pork is from high welfare free-range pigs and we use no chemical preservatives to make our 100% natural sausages and nitrate-free bacon.

Our pigs in blankets are supplied fresh-frozen. We hand-make them in small batches before freezing them to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Once unpacked they can be returned straight to the freezer, or allowed to defrost thoroughly in the fridge before cooking. Once defrosted they should be treated as fresh and cooked within 5 days
