Garlic & Herb Chicken Flattie
Whole free-range chicken breast in our own Mediterranean garlic, herb and lemon marinade.
These simple chicken flatties are great on the barbecue. They taste delicious quick-cooked on the grill and sliced to serve in toasted pitta with a Greek feta salad drizzled with tzatziki dressing. They are equally tasty served with pasta, rice or salad as a quick and easy midweek meal.
We hand-make our chicken flatties in small batches using our own in-house marinade containing no gluten, artificial colourings or chemical preservatives. We freeze them to ensure quality and freshness. Once unpacked they can be returned to the freezer or placed in the fridge and allowed to defrost thoroughly before cooking. Once defrosted they can be treated as fresh and cooked within 3-4 days.
