Tender, flavoursome and marbled fillet steaks individually cut from pasture-fed dry-aged beef

Salt and pepper to season and a couple of minutes in a searing hot pan is all you'll need for an unforgettably indulgent steak.

This product is delivered frozen. Our fillet steaks are cut to a generous 200g size. After dry-ageing our pasture-fed beef we carefully prepare, trim and fresh-freeze our fillet steaks to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. Once they arrive they can either be placed straight back into the freezer or allowed to defrost thoroughly prior to cooking. Once defrosted they can be treated as fresh  and prepared and cooked to your preference. Any dish cooked with our fillet steak is safe to refreeze.
