All our chicken comes from the same small family farm in Leicestershire. They use slower growing breeds and allow their birds access to 40 acres of farmland where they are able to scratch, forage and engage in natural behaviour. Their birds are reared in small flocks with access to naturally ventilated mobile housing and are given no antibiotics or growth hormones during their lifetime.
Our free-range chicken feet are fresh-frozen in small batches and once unpacked can be returned to the freezer or placed in the fridge and allowed to defrost thoroughly before cooking. Once defrosted they can be treated as fresh and cooked within 5 days. Any meal made using the defrosted chicken feet is perfectly safe to freeze.
