Free-range Sussex-farmed pork shoulder steaks.

Cut from the shoulder and packed with dense muscle and marbled fat these steaks are full of flavour and perfect as an alternative to a pork loin chop. Marinade them or rub with sea salt, herbs and spices before grilling, barbecuing or even braising.

Pork shoulder steaks are sold in packs of 2 (360g)

This product is carefully prepared from locally farmed free-range pork and then fresh-frozen to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Once your delivery arrives it can be placed straight into the freezer, or removed from its packaging and allowed to defrost thoroughly in the fridge before cooking.
