Free range minced pork.
We use a combination of prime shoulder and leg to make our pork mince. These cuts give us the perfect mix between lean meat and fat to create a mince that's got plenty of flavour without being too fatty.
Ideal for making home-made pork burgers, mixing with beef for milder tasting lasagne and Bolognese, or as the base for stuffing and sausagemeat mixes.
Available in 500g portions
This product is carefully prepared from locally farmed free-range pork and then fresh-frozen to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Once your delivery arrives it can be placed straight into the freezer, or removed from its packaging and allowed to defrost thoroughly in the fridge before cooking.
