We use a combination of prime shoulder and leg to make our pork mince. These cuts give us the perfect mix between lean meat and fat to create a mince that's got plenty of flavour without being too fatty.
Ideal for making home-made pork burgers, mixing with beef for milder tasting lasagne and bolognese, or as the base for stuffing and sausagemeat mixes.
