A simple piece of slow-matured free-range pork belly, scored and ready to roast. Dry the skin thoroughly before cooking and rub with sea salt and a black pepper for exquisite crackling.
Uncut belly pieces are available in 1kg, 2kg and 3kg (whole belly) portions. Simply choose your size and cut from the drop down menu.
This product is carefully prepared from locally farmed free-range pork and then fresh-frozen to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Once your delivery arrives it can be placed straight into the freezer, or removed from its packaging and allowed to defrost thoroughly in the fridge before cooking.
