Pheasant is great for a pot roast with a selection of seasonal vegetables or simply roasted and combined with a rich fruity sauce. The cold meat also makes fantastic sandwiches when served with chunky white bread, salted butter and a rich chutney or relish.


Each bird serves 1-2 people. May contain shot.

Game Birds Purchased Out of Season

Please note that game birds purchased outside of the relevant season will be despatched as frozen in order to ensure freshness and quality. These products should then be fully defrosted prior to cooking and should not be refrozen.
