Step 1 – Browse and shop
Our full product range of free-range, grass-fed and ethical produce is available from our online shop. Its simple to use, clearly laid out and full of useful hints and tips to help you plan your shop. If you know what you’d like simply search for the product, or shop by type of meat, select the number and weight of the item and add it to your basket.
Once you have ordered your meat each cut will be hand-selected and prepared to order by our expert team of butchers.
Step 2 – Secure online payment
Once you’ve browsed our online shop your basket will be transferred to the checkout where it will be processed through our secure online shop. We accept all major debit and credit cards as well as taking PayPal payments. Payment will be taken and a confirmation of your order will be sent to your email address. Your now just two steps away from enjoying your Garlic Wood produce!
Step 3 – Home Delivery
We offer home delivery for orders over £45 to all UK mainland locations. We deliver every week from Wednesday through to Friday, with an additional special Saturday delivery service. Orders are subject to a small delivery charge to partially offset the high fixed cost of our eco-friendly packaging. More details of our delivery costs and full terms can be found by clicking here
All orders for home delivery are packaged in an environmentally friendly chilled storage box made of recyclable cardboard and using compostable natural sheep’s wool insulation to maintain chilled temperature and freshness. We use ice-packs containing a food-safe, non-toxic frozen gel to keep produce chilled. Our delivery partner for all orders is DPD. Prior to delivery DPD will send a 1hr time slot to the mobile number and email address supplied on your order. This 1hr time slot allows you to plan your day around the expected delivery of your Garlic Wood order.
Step 4 – Enjoy!
Your produce will arrive to you expertly cut and packed, clearly labelled, and ready for you to defrost and use. All items are clearly marked with ingredients, shelf life and allergen information. Everything will be vacuum-packed so that it can go straight back into the freezer if required. All the exterior delivery packaging can be recycled or composted (to read more about our packaging policy click here).
